Order processing

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days of being placed. During busy periods (new drops, sales, the general chaos of December) this may take a little longer — we'll always let you know if there's a significant delay.

Delivery

Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location. We'll send tracking information as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Delays

Estimated delivery times are just that — estimates. Carriers, weather, and the occasional act of bureaucracy can all add time. If your order seems stuck, drop us a line at hello@brokencompassclub.com and we'll look into it.
