We make things we're proud of, and we stand behind them. If something arrives wrong or broken, we'll sort it — no faff, no forms, just send us a message.
What we cover
We offer a full refund or replacement on:
- Items sent incorrectly (wrong size, wrong item)
- Products that arrive damaged or defective
Requests must be made within 30 days of your purchase date.

Care & longevity
Your gear will last longer if you treat it right. Follow the washing and care instructions included with your order — they're there for a reason, even if the label is small and slightly impossible to read.
